Trouble with DRL

    I got new headlights and they came with a DRL. I ran it through the firewall into the interior fuse box. I’ve been trying to tap it into an ignition controlled fuse. I tried the 15A PWR OUTLET. Problem is the power outlet shuts off when the vehicle turns off but the lights stay on.

    The fuse for the power outlets is all ways powered.
    The outlets are on a relay.

    You need to find a different fuse.
    I'd suggest a relay from the battery, and the control for the relay on one of the fuses below.
    I don't like taxing the wiring on an existing fuse.

    I'd opt for the 10A washer. Mostly because should something fail, I can live with out a washer. The rest, you need.
