Ok weird Hyper blinking going on

OK folks so I have a really weird thing going on, fall of last year I converted all my lights to LED, and have been dealing with the hyper blinking, until this past weekend when I finally got around to installing the resistors on the rear blinkers. Now the bulbs I used in the front have built in resistors, got everything done and tested they worked beautifully no hyper blinking yay UNTIL lol I turned my lights on this morning and noticed that if I have my lights set to the DRL setting the blinkers work great, once I turn it to running lights or headlights the hyper blinking magically comes back......Anyone find a resolution to this?
