OEM FLOOR MATS WANTED!

anyone selling oem carpet floor mats for a double cab 1st gen tacoma?

 

Those would have been in several, colors over the years based on the truck's interior color, mostly charcoal (grey) or oak (tan). It might help people to know exactly what you’re hunting.

 

2004 light charcoal is still available through Toyota.

 

The best ones I’ve found have been the cheap ones at the Peddlers malls in Kentucky. They are $15-20 and look oem.


Worth going to one or having a set shipped if you can’t.

 

looking for the double cab oak set 2001-2004 i’m pretty sure is the years only need the driver mat but will buy the full set.

 

Yeah, the oak mats are discontinued as you probably already know. I bought a set in 2015 for my truck and they were getting scarce then.

If you have oak interior why would you consider gray?

 

Find them on eBay from $55 and up, also full carpet sets ranging from $200 and up.

Edit: I stand corrected, OEM are no longer on Fleabay, see post below. I bough mine in 2018 for around $75.

 

Did they really make floor mats in two different colors? I just looked at my 02 and while door panel, headliner, and visors are all oak the rest of the interior (dash, steering wheel, shifters are all gray). Even the floor liner is what I would call gray. The OEM carpeted floor mats are gray as well. Looking at Toyota parts sites I see part numbers and they're all out of stock but nowhere did I see an option for different colors.

Where you located OP? I have a front set but don't want to ship.

 

Yes they did, mine are gray and here are some extra cab oaks and I've seen black ones. Get a load of that price! LOL . . . OEM's are discontinued. I bought mine in 2018 (I think they were $75) but I think it's time to go aftermarket on these if you want new ones.

Nice find, for $500 more bucks you can get a JDM engine. I'll sell you my floor mats for $1200.

 

I've kept mine almost new, thinking I should bag 'em and go for 12 myself!

 

Just a warning before you go all in on a set. There's no heel protection on these and they wear through rather quickly. I'd just get a set of Husky liners and call it a day.
