Where to get single rim?

My steel stock spare, which I dug from under-deck is badly rusted and tire is original 2012.
Plan is to get a used rim and buy new tire.
Most CL or FB posting are for whole sets, which I do not need.

Where to get a single rim at low cost?
No known junkyard I know of in my neck of the woods, coastal MA.

 

Rusted as in perforated?

If not, some elbow grease to remove the rust and then treat the surface would seem reasonable.

Since that's so bad, and you are in salt world, does your frame test out to be healthy? A spare could be the least of your worries.......

 

Keep your eyes on marketplace / Craig list / and the buy/sell threads on here. Lots of times guys will buy a matching set of 5 new rims and sell their old steel spare for cheap

I have 16 rims + the four on the truck so 20 rims. I’m not sure why but I do. I guess I’m a wheel collector.

 

I got the "special" Toyota undercoating of some sort done a couple of years ago as per the factory-mandated thing up here. Comes with a vague warranty IIRC.

Yes, rim holds, so I can clean as much as possible and recoat rim, I guess

I don't know how far you're willing to drive but I'll give you my spare 16" 6 lug. It's been sitting in my shed for the last 10 years lol. Also have a set of Black Rock Type-8 17x9 I'll sell you for $50, they need tires but the wheels aren't too bad. PM if interested.
