Yes. And the pulley install tool they sell is weak as f*ck. There are much better pulley installers available on ebay

I just installed a quick change pulley hub. I used the URD tool and followed the instructions. I actually did not heat up the hub and it went on without issue

I can’t wait to slap mine on, already seeing 7.2-7.8 psi of boost at full throttle on the stock pulley.

For clarity, I had issues with their tool installing a stealth pulley and not the quick change. The little bitty part that threads into the shaft broke on a Tacoma and a tundra before I moved to a hydraulic press and that was like butter.

If you need to remove the snout to replace the spring coupler to a solid at the same time, definitely worth going the HP route.

Woow on stock pulley you got 7.8psi,

I just finish installing ird 2.5 pulley and still got around 5 psi... anything with my setup or installation?

Do I lose the boost some how?

You got a different cooler for the SC?
Hoses routed way different than mine!
I’m also curious about the way you routed the exhaust air pump tube, I have the I same intake but can’t seem to find a good routing for them without kinks or stretching it a bit

Altitude plays a big part in the amount of boost you see on different pulleys. Sea level folks will see higher boost than mile high peeps

Did you get any more boost with the 2.8 pulley? Or are you waiting for cooler temps to come your way?

During winter time, with my 2.8, I was at 7.7 psi at WOT with temps in the low 60's and at sea level.

Question for those knowledgeable on meth/water injection. I notice most are injecting pre-supercharger. Are there any concerns with the meth solution impacting the supercharger rotors (coatings, seals, etc) and charge cooler?
