Had an issue with my Prinsu Roof Rack Modular Solar System from Cascadia 4x4 a little over a year after purchase. One panel started delaminating and bubbling, even though my truck is garaged most of the time.

Reached out to David at Cascadia, and he didn’t dodge, blame, or give me the runaround. Even though the product was discontinued and there were no replacements in stock, he worked with me directly to make things right and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the outcome.

That is how you stand behind your gear. Outstanding customer service from start to finish, and I will 100% be buying from them again when their new lineup drops.
