Hey all. I have a 2023 Toyota Tacoma OR. I bought a spare set of road tires to use temporarily ….

Anyway, I bought a set of 2024 Toyota Tacoma Limited and didn’t do my research — I didn’t know at the time that the new Tacoma had gone down to a 95.1 mm hub bore versus my 2023’s 106 mm hub bore. :frusty:

So, after comparing the two rims and their different offsets, I believe the new rims will sit 1.2 inches further in. To make up for that and get a little more wheel poke. I’d like to get at least 2 inch spacers which are also hubcentric adapters.

I found two, the first one seems awfully expensive, the second one seems very similar. (Although the second one only goes up to 2 inches in width whereas the first company will make them up to 3”)
    1. Wheel Adaptors USA - $358.85
    2. Spacer Experts - $230.95
I think 2” will work for me… I’m wondering if anyone is running any of these or similar adaptor/spacers that can give any feedback? Thanks!

Should be fine as long as you don't buy the cheapest China ones you can find and that you torque them properly and check the torque at each tire rotation. A little locktite won't hurt either if you're planning to keep them on for a while. Good on you for wanting to use hubentric spacers.

Can't help you but do have a question and observation.

In the first link you provided the stud pattern shown in the picture seems to be smaller, like 6 on 5" or even smaller, not 6 on 5.5" - no mention in the description either. In the second link the wheel stud pattern picture seems to be the same 6 on 5.5" and again no mention in the description.

Did the 2024+ go to a different lug pattern?

    Thank you @drizzoh

@Toycoma2021 i’m not sure if I the link I posted isn’t working for some, but when I click on it, it brings up the following description:
    6x5.5 (aka 6x139.7) 106MM To 95.1MM Hubcentric Conversion | 6 lug Adapters 14x1.5 studs | Add New Toyota Tundra(XK70), Sequoia(XK80) & Tacoma(N400) Wheels On Previous Gen Trucks
I apologize if I posted the link wrong, perhaps because they are in shopping cart? I’d been going back-and-forth between many open websites:annoyed: I apologize if I did. But no, to my knowledge the bolt pattern is identical, only the hub bore changed (and the wheels do have different offsets too).

Or the seller just posted a generic picture. Thanks for the info. I have no experience with the 2024+.

They're both 6x139.7, but the 2024+ has a smaller bore. The old OEM wheels bolt up to the newer models, but the new OEM wheels won't bolt up to the older models without spacers like the OP is inquiring about or getting them machined (not worth it).

Never used them myself, but the Spacer Experts spacers seem purpose designed for your application.

4th gen stock offset is ~ +50mm, so a 1" spacer brings offset close to a stock 3rd gen OR wheels. 2" spacer would be effectively 0mm offset.

Get the right offset and don't waste time and money on adapters. You are asking for trouble.
