Okay so I’ve been chasing this misfire for about 3 months now on my 3rz-fe in a 2004 Tacoma. The spark plugs and coil packs were replaced. The injectors were replaced. The miss fire happens at 1500-1600 rpm when slightly accelerating in any gear. Stft says it’s pulling fuel when it’s happening. Almost -19%. New to the Tacoma world

compression check? check the valve clearance?

Did you replace the injectors with OEM? If you didn't get quality injectors, you will probably need to swap them again.

If you have a scan tool, maybe look at misfire counters.
Toyota is pretty lenient on the number of misfires before it sets a code.

I got oem injectors. I am fairly confident it’s not compression because It happens at any gear at 1500-1600 and then comes back like nothing ever happened. But I could be wrong. Ill still check it out

See if she has the mis before the system goes into closed loop. I am thinking this might be an O2 sensor issue. You could alway unplug the front O2 and see if that changes it.
