    No real way to answer that with out seeing the paint.
    And even then, you need to actually SEE the paint.
    You can't tell by pictures.

    As for worth it. Yes, it could be worth it.
    But it takes A LOT of of work.

    You need strip the wax, clay, polish, and then wax.
    Took me about 8 hours to do my Civic years ago.
    Result were AMAZING......

    That said, I NEVER have done it again.
    Like I said, it was A LOT of work.

    I expect you'll get more than a few hundred dollars more out of the truck by clay baring it.
    I'd go with a cleaner wax, and be done with it.
