You talking about the rubber hoses going to front brake calipers, and the brake hoses on rear diff, not the “hardlines?”

Small lift, slightly oversized tires, well...
I do. I made a spacer for under the junction bracket on the axle, raised that up about an inch. At full droop, I have nice, loose hoses.

You don’t need longer brake lines if you have OEM replacement shocks. All you are doing is changing the resting point in the range of motion of your suspension, not the min or max (not more than about 1”).

CAVEAT: top hat spacers in the front do change the suspension geometry, but AFAIK do not require longer brake lines. Drop bracket lifts are also a different sort of animal.

It you want to know for sure, jack your truck up by the frame until the tires leave the ground and check the tension on your brake lines.

Stock brake lines here since early 2020. Zero issues.

I did this too, just put some washers or a spacer under the hardline bracket on the axle tube and use a longer bolt (8x1.25).
It'll give more slack than you think

You shouldn't really need brake lines until you go over 3 inches and/or get extended travel shocks
