Hey everyone I'm new here and I'm having an issue with my 2003 Tacoma. No mods on it that I know of. I'm no expert with these rigs yet. But my 10amp fuse keeps blowing and all my gauges in my instrument panel stop working then I stall

When that little 10A GAUGE fuse pops, your cluster dies and the alternator quits charging. Truck stalls once the battery drains.
Check the O2 Sensors, if the fuse stops blowing when those are unplugged then replace the sensor as well as inspect the wiring to make sure the wiring isn't shorted. Another cause is an aftermarket head unit with shitty wiring.
