    They say hindsight is 20/20. I saw a house yesterday. Great location and already had 3 offers in 24 hours. A tad small at just under 1500sq. ft, but already had the roof and ac replaced. Nicely landscaped front and back. The inside was kinda dirty. It needed new paint, flooring and kitchen appliances. I passed, because my pool table wouldn't fit and I knew I would overpay to outbid plus dump a bunch more into other things to bring it up to speed. Been kinda regretting that decision today. Feels like I'm scraping the bottle of the barrel for something decent in a good location and fair price. I guess that's the housing market these days. :playball:
