Toytec coilovers. Height adjustable Bilstein's. 265/75/16 MT. TRD wheels. Rebuilt r150f. Marlin clutch kit. All kinds of new parts...
My 98 came stock with 3.91 open diffs. I run 265/75/16 Falken Wildpeak AT4 tires so 31.6" (roughly a 32). With plate bumpers, topper and hauling a dirtbike through mountain passes she's pretty doggy and I'm just running high rpm to just try and not go motorhome slow.

Recently I installed some 4.56 gears with a detroit in the back and LSD in the front from ECGS. The difference it makes is pretty cool. Put some snort in the ol' taco and my speedometer reads 5mph faster than I am actually going which isn't worth calibrating to me.

On a plus getting rid of the open diffs and replacing with mechanical lockers should be interesting in the snow and ice and work a lot better. I have to get it out wheeling soon to really test them out after proper break in. The suspense is killing me :O)

I did the assembled 3rd members so I just did the install of the 3rd members myself. The front diff is definitely the hardest thing to tackle by yourself but to me there is nothing better than spending some time in the garage doing my own work.

Reached out to a member on here @turbodb and found a wealth of information that helped me in my gear selection so thanks again dude!
