Inner rocker hack

    99 Tacoma Extra Cab 2.4 l 2WD
    Inner rocker on driver side badly rusted. Plan to clean with flapper disc then spray liner to close up holes. Any better ideas out there? Will do same on passenger inner rocker but it’s pretty solid.

    from all my 'car resto shows' i watch......seems like fiberglass is a good go to for cheap fix!

    lots of ways to hack it depending on how sketchy youre feeling and how long you want it to last…

    fill holes with spray foam and bondo spray liner over it

    patch the whole thing in fiberglass

    cut out the whole rocker and weld in a piece of box tube
