    Thinking about getting one of these for a more solid sturdy replacement spoiler and was wondering how they bolt up exactly. Assuming it’ll come with instructions and all that good stuff but just curious if anyone else has one on their build

    Elka 2.5" DSC w/ Deaver Stage 1, Archive Hammer Hangers, SPC UCAs, Timbren bumps, TRD baja wheels, 265/75r16 Wildpeak AT4W, Greenlane Sliders, Warn slimline bumper, N-Fab spare tire box mount.
    I don't have one but it looks like it just replaces or goes over that black plastic cap on the top of the tailgate.

    I assumed it used the exisiting bolt holes for the tailgate cover but those are much further down than the ones on the spoiler. I think you have to drill holes and use rivet nuts.

    Hmm maybe. It does look like the factory cap is still on the trucks in the pictures so maybe you do just go right through it.
