    Good :rain: Morning
We have been watching the daughters dog this week while she is on vacation and walking the dog in the rain gives me another reason why I don't want a dog . Have a good day all and stay dry

New stereos are nothing like the old units.
My Marantz from the 70s. This was a quick pic of it when I was moving. I have it hooked up to some 12" Cerwin Vega speakers. All vintage stuff.

The Marants is my favorite, buttery smooth sound.

Did I mention the boss is away for a week?

I am about ready for the funny farm/rest camp.

This one sounds great - when it was working

When the unit is plugged in there is some type of overcurrent fault, and what sound like a relay or temporary breaker flips and resets and repeats. I may actually try to negotiate a credit and newer model. Dunno.

:pccoffee:  sixtys/wannabes/pizza panners. The best frozen pizza is Newman's Own, although my wife likes Rao's better because it has more crust. (I'm all about the toppings.) We load them up with more toppings and some more good cheese on top of those. I may have to try one on the grill, although it is super easy to just toss in the toaster oven. My son makes his own dough and has a pizza-specific oven that runs at 600 degrees or something crazy like that. They keep it outside on their deck!

Me and dog back washed the septic leach lines.
Then I cleaned the heat pump compressor fins. Vacuum was useless so I went with soap and hot water jet. Worked great. They were pretty clogged.
    Finally had a little fun

Rock polishing. IMG_1692.jpg IMG_1691.jpg IMG_1689.jpg IMG_1688.jpg IMG_1687.jpg Out of practice. This batch of rocks is still fighting with me. Got in the flow now. One more week of fine polish just reloaded the tumbler

I went to China a few years ago and in the hotel they had polished rocks scattered to the side of a hallway. My wife's a rock nut so I brought one home for her. I always wondered if the Chinese might have a camera and I could have been arrested for stealing a rock.

    Leave the f**kin' bird alone.

Every da** person in the world's best solution to the inconvenience of animals is to kill them. 3 BILLION less birds in North America since 2000. Soon our great grand kids are gonna be trying to save the wildlife that's left... rats, seagulls, and cockroaches.
