    Hello,
I have a shutter on my 2006 Tacoma access cab v4 automatic. It happens at low rpm’s 1-2 thousand and low speed 20-40 and also there’s a sort of delay and shake when trying to accelerate at high speeds right before the upshift say 70mph going to 75 and going from 2600 rpms to 3700. Just had transmission fluid replaced and noticed this all on a long road trip 1500 miles, still going….800 in. Any ideas?

    Measure your driveshaft angles.

BUCKLE UP! It makes it harder for Aliens to pull you out of your Truck.
If a driveshaft u joint explodes at 75 mph, you’re not going to have a good day.

Double check the transmission fluid level

If it is full then you may feeling torque converter shudder. Or possibly an engine misfire that hasn't set a check engine light yet

Try dropping the transmission into lower gear like 3rd and see if it changes or gets better

Yes, when I bought it there was a stored misfire code but it never came up again and no check engine light. So maybe a misfire is happening again and just hasn’t popped up?

Might be worth it to check the spark plugs and ignition coils. Look for cracks or signs of arcing
