Down at the beach on vacation, been here since late Saturday night. Of course it's been raining and windy since yesterday morning...

Took a half day. Back is better (not 100%), took some medication. Some Advil back pain stuff.

Fan controller is now seeing the fans after I uninstalled and reinstalled the software.

 

Connecticut Little League gets it done today and heads to USA bracket championship game.

 

They are something else! Watched while was “working” at home today!

Back was worse today (left work early) but now it's doing a lot better. Medicine and an ice pack.

Have you tried Aleeve? When I was working and on the Concrete floor all day my Lower Back was a Mess. I was taking 3 Aleeve about the middle of every week. And I was good till the next week.

 

Wouldn't hurt. Have two bottles of the Advil back pain stuff.
Once this goes away it won't act up for another year.

 

If you read Advil and regular Advil for Headaches, It's the Same thing. Just the Label is changed. I went searching when my back became an issue. That's when I tried the Aleeve.
