IMG_4455.jpg Hi I have a 2011 Tacoma with Ironman 4x4 Nitrogas stage 1 lift. I have Rancho UCA. I just had my CV axle replace and new Upper Ball Joint on the right side. The truck has 319,000. Both side the angle of the ball joint seems pretty angled. is this of any concern? I do believe the springs are rated heavy or medium. Thank you. IMG_4457.jpg

If your tires are on the ground in this photo...that don't look right, joint angle won't stay happy for long. Look how close the ball joint is to your coil spring - that will be a problem.

What does the angle look like on the side that didn't have the ball joint replaced? Are the ball joint and CV axle the only new parts or did something else also change? Stock lower arms?

Without us being able to see from this picture it almost looks like you've installed a spacer on top of the coilover giving it extra lift height beyond what those UCAs can handle. Something seems funky.

Stock lower control arms and I did have spacers year ago but had them removed when the lift went on. Here’s a pic from the other day before the fix. Don’t mind the plastic around the upper ball joint just tried to keep the grease in. The other side the angle is the same. Would diff drop have any impact on this? Thank you.

That "before" pic looks like better ball joint angles but again maybe it's just camera illusions. Could be wrong but my amateur eyeballs say the "after" photo ain't right.

Diff drop shouldn't change anything with the suspension, only changes the CV angles.

Only other idea I have is to take a measurement from the center of the wheel hub to your fender flare (assuming you still have stock flares installed) which can tell us how much lift you have going on. I can see the spring part number in your photo is the TOY065C which is their heavy spring. But those parts don't look brand new so nothing should have changed with your lift height unless other parts were added or if your shop reinstalled something wrong...
