Tire size?

I want to get a set of baja boss a/t tires in either 265/70r16 or 265/75r16.

Both sizes weigh the same, I contacted Mickey Thompson thinking the 265/75r16 weight was not correct on their site and was told by email that weight is correct, they are the same weight. The tread width on the 70 is larger than the 75 which accounts for the similar weight"..

So now I'm torn on what size....thoughts?

 

What version of the Baja Boss tire?

 

265/75/16 Duratracs for the Win!!!

 

Super Swampers are always the answer. 44” X 15.5”.

 

I have 265/70’s and the day after I bought them, I saw a thread on 265/75’s, it was a face palm moment.

Definitely going to get 265/75 next time or 255/85’s.
