Skip the diff drop, it just reduces ground clearance between the front wheels and makes it harder get a skid plate flush up against the frame

I've never heard of a sway bar drop, usually we just see the relocation blocks that move it away from the coil spring when you install coilovers like Icon or King

I used a driveshaft drop kit on my long bed but it was only like a half inch or so I believe, cant really remember honestly

    I'm lifted about 2.5 front/rear

Fox 2.5 setup on my 2016 that settled at about 2.5 inches of lift for last 18 months or so. No diff drop, no problem. Did away bar relocate bc sway bar contacted coils without. Prob gonna pull sway bar next tire rotation just to try it out tho.

Bilsteins 5100s on the top setting, 4runner Gray TRD Pro Sema wheels, 285/70/17 Toyo AT3s, Sumo Bump stops, TRD exhaust, ECGS Clamshell bushing, 1/4 shim for the lean and one inch rear block, OEM Pro grill and garnish OEM TRD Skid plate, TRD CAI, Demon Brackets, Rigid Industries Pro fog lights, OEM Trail Rails sidebars, Diode Dynamics LED SL1 high and low beam lights, OEM Roof racks, Clazzio leather heated seats, Remote Start, TRD Pro shift knob, tinted windows, Rockford Fosgate 4 channel amp for the headunit and sub and amp combo, OEM Puddle lights, OEM tailgate lock, OEM bed mat, LED interior lights, OEM blackout kit for letters, JLT catch can, upgraded 27F toyota True Start battery, Vleds led tail light kit with Pro tail lights, OEM Rave4 side mirrors with convex spotters, just to name a few mods.
Lifted two 2018s 7 years ago on 5100s, top setting and a rear block. A 1/4-inch ship and ECGS bushings and we used a front diff drop, rear carrier drop added TRD Pro skid plates and never one single issue! The skid plate went on perfectly fine and sits like all others. The short bed my son's truck has 100k trouble free miles and the mine the long bed has almost 30k miles and again no issues. Now here is the response I think you were looking for as my buddy who lifted his 2019 on 5100s on the top setting and an ECGS bushing but skipped on the front diff and the rear carrier who no vibrations or any issues. He is about 55k miles, and a few months started to have some squeaks and needs new bushings along with some other work. I believe ball joints and tie rods were replaced. May be a fluke but I prefer my suspension's driveline to be in spec. I think the front diff and rear carrier drop are important and were recommended by our local premier off road shop whom I have used over for 30 years and always trusted their advice. I hope this helps.

No need to diff drop. Sway bar should be fine unless you are putting some massive springs on there. Carrier bearing drop is debatable. Just make sure you check your pinion angle and shim accordingly as that will cause vibrations.

I have a ‘23 OR, I put a 3.5 inch lift with front differential spacer and stacked a few washers with a longer bolt for my rear brake line mount just to give it that extra range and keep tension off of it. When in the air with my suspension fully decompressed I have plenty of okay in both my rear wiring harness and brake line. I would say if you can get the diff spacer for the front I would just to be safe as they’re pretty inexpensive. As far as everything else I’m no help. Best of luck with the lift!

Please let my know how that sway bar delete goes. I’ve heard a ton of people doing it lately and I’m really wondering how it affects everyday driving and handling.

I took mine off at 51 miles on the clock. Just rolled 70k and no issues at all. I wheel it pretty hard without issue and drove all the way to Prudhoe Bay, AK and Tuktoyaktuk, NWT from the midwest and have never had much body roll. Ironman FCP suspension.

Thats good to check everything for vibrations as you go. I would still do a front diff drop!
