2014 Off-road package. It has 194k with emu 3inch lift, jba upper control arms, new tires, tonneau cover, and the armor included in the picture. Theres surface rust but nothing that pushes or is soft. Upper pa life is rough with salt. Only reason I’m considering selling is my family is growing and it’ll only leave a semi middle seat with the booster and the babyseat. My oldest does sports and has friends and cousins, car pooling for sports, we just need the extra seating of a highlander.

Rust on body? Frame? Both? Either way, with the mileage and rust, the life of your truck is limited unless the rust is completely stoppable. I would guess somewhere under $10k for a rusty body, much less if it's the frame. I see a lot of people trying to cash in on these trucks but ultimately most people that are actually buying do not want to deal with rust.

Also, not really any of my business, but having gone through the seating issue that you have (my kids are a little older now), don't sleep on the Sienna! Minivans may not be as cool but man, our Sienna was great...

It’s just rust on the frame not the body, but I do understand that no one wants to deal with the rust and with the modifications it’s a niche market for it.

Without pics it's hard to say. Being in the rust belt myself, and someone who drives their cars till they die, it's usually somewhere around 15 years and 200k where age and rust really kill the vehicle. That said, I drove my 06 Tundra with 315k until this past year... Frame was real rough though. Shame because the body was decent and the engine and trans ran like new.

That was my plan drive it till it dies, unfortunately the rust does kill it and I shoulda fluid filmed it when I bought it. Like you said the truck runs great no problems, just the hideous rust color underneath

That’s nothing that a good coat of wool wax wouldn’t fix.

It doesn't look horrible compared to some I've seen.
The spot below has me concerned. But it could just be the picture?

Give that frame a good power wash, hit it with some Rust Oleum, let it dry for a week or so then coat it all with Fluid Film or something like that.
It'll show a lot better and (like others have posted), as long as it's only surface rust, it should fetch you a little more. A little clean up on the front really helps sell.

The worst areas I see are on the inside of the frame right next to the convertor on the drivers side.
And the rear passenger side where it goes up over the axle an next to the muffler.

I don't know why, but they seem to always be the worst spots.
You don't have to post pics, maybe just check.

    As for price?
    I have no idea?
Maybe $15k - $17K (if you do some cleaning up of the rust)

    I really don't know.

We had a 2006 or 7 Sienna, it was one of the best vehicles we've ever owned. That thing was really built well. It was a timing belt engine (back then) but we gave it to a niece with 217,xxx miles on it and it was still on the original oxygen sensors. That was just a really well made vehicle.

Lives near Lake Erie in the 70’s. I think the dude that owned the local Ziebart franchise was the richest guy in town. That part of the world is brutal on cars. Glad to be in New Mexico now.

To get top dollar i'd at least start out with a good wash/wax and pressure wash underneth... looks like alot of that is dirt/mud.

I have a 2001 frame replaced in 2011. Looks worse than yours but it's whats on the inside that counts. The second gen is an open channel so its not so bad in that spot. The spot on the drivers side rear spring perch needs some sort of repair I would guess. My truck is worse on the drivers side. I guess the middle of the road gets the most salt. They spread salt one direction then go the opposite way, doubling up on the middle.
If you look on the drivers side front suspension cross member I bet you will have rusting through or at least starting because that area is boxed in. The good news is you can buy repair panels on Ebay/Amazon. Just clean up the areas and the repair sections fit over the damaged areas and weld them in. And then do the wool wax or whatever you decide upon and that should stop any rust from progressing. Get under there with a chipping hammer and locate any rotted sections and deal with them.Just search"2015 Tacoma Double cab frame repair" on Ebay and you will find whichever section you might need.
It sucks but you have to deal with it. If you sell something like that knowing it's messed up you can get sued. 2015 DBL cab frame repair.png

Clean up the frame and if it just surface rust you would be okay to see it. But get under there and check for rust through so you can be honest with a buyer.
