    Hi there,
    I have a 2012 v6.
The secondary air pump was replaced under the recall back in 2020 and the truck has 65k back then. Now the truck has 100k. today I got CEL and P2443 code (Secondary Air Injection System Switching Valve Stuck Closed Bank 2)
I have heard that some people received a letter from Toyota stating that the recall cover the pump from 2019 unlimited mileage for 10 years.
Anyone had failure of the replacement pump?
Can it be fixed or the whole thing need to be replaced?
    Thanks

You only get one from Toyota, if you try another dealer they might miss that you did the customer satisfaction campaign and they'll do it again.

The pump is fine, that code indicates the valve is sticking, usually due to moisture.

They fixed this later on, only 2012s were affected and even the TSB parts didnt really fix it.

It's not a Recall, it's a Special Service Campaign. Pretty sure it's valid 10 years from date of first use regardless of milage, if you have already had it completed I really doubt they will do anything for you but doesn't hurt to ask.

Essentially your 2 options are to fix it or delete it with the Hewitt-Tech kit or a tune.
