Looks like mine, but my screen tilts, was an expensive HU but it's been worth it.

 

I installed the Kenwood Excelon DMX957XR with the tilt screen and multi-camera hookup (rear tailgate, front bumper, back of rear skid plate). Loved that. But having the screen up higher like yours would have been ideal.

 

Looks pretty similar to mine, the front and rear cameras are awesome, I love how you can turn on the front cam then when you go into reverse it shows the rear cam, then goes back to the front. Perfect for making a 3-20 point turn on a road with a cliff on one side...

I have a wide angle Natika on the front and it points almost straight down, but you can see far enough forward with it. Super handy.

 

I don’t think they make too many tilt screens anymore, too bad, there’s no moving hvac around on early models. A tilt screen that supports the newest tech would be nice. Probably a very small market, thus likely to never happen

 

This is sort of thread related so figured I'd share....
I just tried 4 different head units, started with the Stinger HORIZON10 and quickly realized 10" would require a ton of modifications to get to work with the cable driven HVAC controls and the automatic gear shift, so I abandoned it and looked for 7" double DIN models.

Ended up with this thing which is a beast and hidden gem for under $300:

External antennas, built-in GPS, full Android so you can install anything, and wireless linking. Even 4G if you want to pay for the SIM card. And it's faster than you'd think. I plan on installing Orux soon for offline topo map access in Garmin format. I coupled it with a DSP at an equally crazy good price

This is the updated picture of the 3D print, I am going to contact him for the one I want done is going to be up top in the section where the vents are located, I already figured out how to do the vents in the middle BEFORE the A/C controls. Work in progress but rough fit is good

UPDATE : The Alpine iLX-F511 flagship head unit is installed ! Here are some pics , A/C vent not completed yet but the radio looks really good , right at home on top , LOL !!!

I started by removing the air vents like this and shaving the small clips on it side.

This is a picture of the 3D print sleeve I had made up , you can use an old bensi box sleeve if you can find one, my head unit is a single din radio and only requires half the size of a double din standard radio opening.

The only thing is that you will have to reroute the air tube and modify it so you can get the air blowing away from the radio. That is going to be another challenge in itself , but I am working on it.
