Swapped SX bed decals

Loving my Magnetic Gray 2022 SR Access cab with SX package option. For $800, you get black wheels, over fenders, and some black trim. Only thing that seemed out of place for this color was the white/red SX bed decal. I don't mind the decal, but with everything blacked out, the white sticker seemed wrong.

So, in case anyone else is in the same boat, I thought I'd show what it looks like with the red/black decal instead...much better I think.

...also, pretty sure the original decal was a tiny bit crooked.

 

I think you’re right. It does look a little crooked on the first one. The new one looks good.

That includes decals for both sides I assume?

 

There is just one in the pack, so need to order two. I ordered them from a Toyota dealer that had the best price...came pretty quick. Probably could have ordered it from my local dealer and just picked it up to avoid shipping.

How bad was the old decal to take off? Did you use a heat gun at all
They can be tricky to get off.

 

Super easy. Just used my fingernail to get it started, then it came off really cleanly. Wiped it with some isopropyl alcohol, and that was it. I've only had the truck for about a month, so they probably haven't been on there that long.

I know that I'm kick-starting an old thread here, but I bought a 2023 SR5 AC w the SX package in April of this year. I had no idea that the graphic came in any other color. My truck is black, so this won't really work, but I'm wondering if these came in any other colors. The white really stands out on my black truck, although I don't mind too much. I think that the black and red graphic looks great on that MGM truck.

 

The first thing I did was take it off so it wouldn't get harder. Its ugly no mater what color it is. And the turd sticker looks more bad. But why do people want to advertise that they have a low end model?

 

I honestly can't imagine caring what anyone thinks about which model truck that I bought.
