Hi. I'm new here. I inherited my husband's 2010 Tacoma V6 truck and recently noticed my ABS and Traction control lights on. After extensive googling, it came up with different things it could be. So I had my brother check if any of the fuses google mentioned were bad. When we opened the hood, lo and behold, we discovered the wires from the brake reservoir were completely chewed from the wire harness. I can fix it myself since I know how to solder and/or crimp. However.... Can anyone tell me what gauge the stranded wires are going from the brake reservoir to the wire harness? It's the green wire and the white with black striped wire.

    Thanks!

When it doubt, upsize it a bit. A bit bigger won’t cause any issues. Do try and keep the overall length about the same, but unlikely to cause any issues issue here

After fixing that issue try fixing the bigger issue exterminating the varmints that caused the problem. And welcome to TW
