B> BSM- Which I believe that I can not, no worries here.

Gonna need a lot more info. What bumper? What lights? What wiring do you have already?

A - Is the bumper drilled for parking sensors? If so, you just put your old sensors in the new bumper and plug them in. If not, you will need to drill and then install.
B - Unless you got an Apogee Offroad or old stock 4WP bumper, the BSM wont work.
C - The tag lights should transfer over from your old bumper unless the new bumper is already equipped with lights, in that case you will just plug them in. Any other lights will need a switch, relay and wire ran to the lights as the truck doesn't have any wiring for bumper mounted lights.

Small lift, slightly oversized tires, well...
    First, what manufacturer's bumper/model?

Parking sensors are easy if the manufacturer gave you holes. BSM isn't going to happen if it wasn't designed into the bumper...there are only a couple on the market that do.

I'm assuming you mean some kind of pods that mount into the bumper? What is your goal? Do you want them to come on with the backups or separately? If separately, you'll need to run power into the cab from under the hood to a switch. The switch will power a relay, under the hood, which will supply power to the lights.

Most bumpers(only know of 2 that advertise BSM and parking sensor working) do not work with the BSM due to the bumper thickness(for mounting sensors). Which bumper are you looking to buy?

This is 100% going to depend on which bumper you purchased/installed, what your skill level is and how you want things to function.

In short, it will require effort.
