I bought and installed one a little over a year ago and have no complaints. I was a little worried about the letters staying in place, so I added 3m double sided tape and they haven’t budged.

Your truck looks great. Did you buy the grill from KOK Auto Parts specifically?

Thanks! I did buy it from Kok. I was a little skeptical since it was so cheap compared to other options, but I’m happy with the quality. The only issue I’ve had is occasionally the TSS sensor will turn off if the grill is covered with ice or mud, but that’s only happened a couple times and easy to fix. These grills are just big a piece of plastic and I couldn't bring my self to spend $200+ on one of the other options. Just my 2 cents.

I'm glad you're happy with it and I appreciate the recommendation, but I'm with everyone else. I just like the look of the TRD Pro grill. There are a lot of other ways to make the truck unique, but the TRD Pro grill is the best grill in my opinion.

I'm with you on that. No need paying more for things than necessary. These grills are cosmetic only so no need to over engineer.

When you ordered, did you order the matte black TSS sensor garnish? KOK has a note on the order form to email them if you need a matte black version. I'm wondering what that is all about. The photographs of the default garnish make it look like typical clear plastic without any color to it. From my memory, I believe the OEM style had a darker tint to them, but I don't think they are matte black. It's just a little confusing.

I did order their garnish with it and it has worked fine, unless it gets caked with mud or heavy dust. It's a lot cheaper than the OEM. Hope this helps!
