Fits Tacoma 3rd generation (’16-’23) long bed (6’2”). Don’t know if it will fit on 2nd generation or another vehicle— call Diamondback for that.

First owner. Great condition. No rust, dents, or damage; cleats hold fast; no water leakage. Includes custom rack that uses the same bolts as the anchor cleats (there are no drill holes in this dover) and four 60” aluminum extrusion 1515 bars (1.5”x1.5”). Connected to cover with tamper proof bolts, the rack puts loads above the locking mechanism, an absolute must for most use cases. It can transport everything from sheet goods and lumber to refrigerators. Back or front panels remove easily so you can access more of the bed.

Also selling a Crossbin 13, which is a 13” deep aluminum box that rests on the bed wall, sits a few inches above the bed floor, and has cutouts for sliding bed rail tie downs. Crossbin is used for tools and gear that I want close but not inside the cab; just open your door and pop the panel to get inside. Can still slide long lumber or pipes underneath. Very useful.

Another option is a 23zero Walkabout 72 RTT. It has a puncture in the bottom panel which I patched with tape: no impact on water penetration or any other function. Roomy enough for 2 adults and 2 kids but not excessive on solo trips. Heavy enough for downpours and wind. Blackout fabric lets you sleep in. Comfy 4in pad. I got this ten because it folds out; the disadvantage is longer setup (15 min once you get the hang of it); the advantage is more space for a smaller footprint on rack. I usually set it up so it opens off the back (there’s a photo) to make low roof over the tailgate area. Just as easy to attach so it opens sideways. I added a third brake light to the tent that plugs into the 4 socket on the tow package. Tent is attached with tamper proof bolts.

The idea for this setup came from Last Line of Defense, a YouTuber who updated his original video with a new one this year (https://youtu.be/517Fc3ZBd2o?si=055G_lWxCFTu7WzI). He really goes into detail. If you’re serious, I suggest you watch it. The difference in my setup are the aluminum extrusion fitting and bars, which are very strong, don’t require buying into a proprietary bar systems, and accommodate endless adapters fro 8020 or Tnutz or any of the other aluminum extrusion retailers and manufacturers.

Ideal for a daily driver work truck that doubles as a weekend adventure vehicle. The security of the Diamondback makes it okay to store expensive gear in the bed. Its strength allows you to use it as a platform to stand on or set machinery. Selling it reluctantly because my business changed and requires a topper. Price breakdown as follows:

    — Diamondback HD cover + Crossbin 13: $2,000
    — Crossbin 13 only: $275
    — 23zero Walkabout 72 RTT only: $1,000
    — Entire setup (Diamond HD, Crossbin 13, Walkabout 72): $2,750
    — Pickup in Salt Lake unless you want to arrange and pay for another option
