Did anyone install this inside the 3rd gen cab? Specifically in access cab through firewall -> door sills?

Do you mean like a DC to DC charger? If so I am going to install the bluetti charger soon. But I am planning to put it in the bed of the truck.

I have one installed. The wire is pretty thick. It was a chore running it along the drivers side floor panel, but I managed to get it fully enclosed. That said I do not have any other aftermarket wires other than the EcoFlow. If you do it might be a little too tight.

Maybe the 500 watt charger has a slightly thinner cable?

If you regularly use a power station, the 800 watt charger works like a champ. Charges my Delta 2 max *and* extra battery from 30-40% to full in 2-3 hours of driving.

I’m planning on running the wires to the bed. Not sure if the wire will be long enough but time will tell.

it has 16ft cable you can mock it up with a paracord before committing.

Its actually too long for me since i have access cable will eat up space being coiled.

Took the wire out to show the route.
First pic is just of mounting and setup. You can see the top of the charger behind the EcoFlow.
Second pic: Stuff the wire under and behind the pillar. Start it right in front of my finger and work backwards toward the charger.
Third pic: run the wire behind the plastic my finger is on. It won't fit in the brackets.
Fourth pic: the only area I could not stuff into or under the pillar but it's so out of sight I don't worry about it. I tried going under and through and couldn't get it and did not feel like removing the pillar panel. I can live with it.

From there the cord fits 'fairly' easily through the floor panel to the firewall into the engine bay.

Getting it clean under the pillars is the only real PITA.

Thank you, this is helpful, I have access cab so it’s more or less straight shot to the back, so you were able to stuff it where it fits in that channel and put plastic cover over it? You didn’t need to route it under carpet or anything?

True! Mine is also an access cab, so should work fine.

In the back it runs along under the carpet but is still under the plastic cover. It is unnoticeable and does not affect the plastic cover fitting on. Likely easier with the access cab, you'll just have more spare cable you'll have to wrap and tuck behind your seat or power station.
In the front it is a tight fit fully under the plastic in the channel but it fits and snaps down just fine, you just have to take your time positioning it . It has been over a year and no issues with it popping out.

So nice not dealing with the hassle of carrying a solar panel, setting it up, running cables and moving it to chase the sun all day to keep getting over 100 watts.
It has a protection setting so that if you forget to turn the charger off when you park it won't drain your battery dead. But it certainly will not shut off when you park if it was running when you turned off the engine.
You have to turn it off via the app or turn off the EcoFlow entirely.

If you don't have the tow package alternator and you're running light bars/pods and a fridge, or have an amp drawing power, etc while driving you'll likely not see the full 800 watts coming in.
Sometimes in those situations I see only about 600ish watts coming in and I do have the tow package 130 amp alternator.
Still MUCH better than solar if you're not going to be stationary for more than a day or two, dependent on your battery bank of course.

I would be happy with 300watt.

Then go for the 500 watt charger bud. Less expensive, a bit lighter and I think a bit smaller than the 800 watt and the wire might be a slightly smaller gauge and therefore easier to run, but I'm not sure of that.
If I didn't have both the delta 2 and the extra battery (over 4000ah) I would opt for the 500 watt.

Yeah 500w might be the move for me, I believe it's same unit 500 vs 800 only difference is XT150 vs XT60 cable. Also I believe 800w auto starts with vehicle, 500w doesn't.

I just looked at it and it looks like only difference is output cable, input cable wills till be same burly one to run under sills.

I don't have it in the cab, but plan on running mine between the cab and bed to get into the bed under my smartcap.

Same. Spoke about it on another thread and someone said they just drilled their water drain holes a little bigger to fit the wire.

Yeah should be pretty straightforward, or drill a separate hole to keep the drains free.
