Thanks for all the help everybody I figured out what was the problem combination of factors. Cabin air filter was not replaced when I took it to service for my 10,000 mile service I just replaced it myself. other was the AC condenser was filled with road grim debris I cleaned it out with the water hose and i checked the AC charge and it was OK the other factor I was long road trip had the AC on for 2 1/2 three hours at a time when I started having this problem,

    Reserected from the dead.

    I'm skeptic.

If your AC was comfortable, a clogged condenser and filter does not track. Your AC would be very marginal.

I find it hard to believe that the cabin filter was choked off at 10k miles. Do you never use the "recerculation" mode and live in a very dusty area?

After cleaning those 2 items, is your cool air much more cooler?

The only thing that I can think was that the condensate drain was clogged and you were chilling liquid water and that was making your cents push out vapor.

Like you, I'm here to learn as well.

I do live on a dirt road and very dusty, and cabin air filter was very dirty and the dealership told me they did not check it but should’ve been changed it but it was not but I did take it out and blew it out with air a lot of dirt and dust coming out of it but I should’ve took a picture and showed everybody here and the drain holes was partly clogged with some kind of black gooey stuff but I did vacuuming out with my special hose and now draining out excellent I think it was a combination, thing biggest reason why I don’t wanna touch nothing. It’s still under warranty until December
