Seat covers came in yesterday. Look well made and such. See when I get them installed. Waiting on seat heater elements before I do that. Sharon was surprised I went leather, but that is what they had on sale…. Hoping these hold up and clean up easy

 

Well shoot. I bought a front set of leather, but got the wrong ones, mine has the fold flat passenger seat. I could have gotten you a helluva deal!

I should be picking one of those fold flat seats up this evening.

 

I was going to swap the 3 diode rear aux lights for 9 diode lights. The 3 diode lights worked fine, but the 9d lights will not turn on. I have swapped them 5 times now and the 3d lights work just fine. Any ideas? This should be a plug and play swap but no joy.

 

Any pictures of your plugs or your setup?

 

2" semi marker lights with the 2 prong plug. The 9 diode female plugs are the right size. I swapped out the 3 diode amber lights for 9 diode a while back and those worked fine. This makes no sense that the white lights won't work. Amber and white lights are from the same company.

 

Different batch?

 

Dave, did you check the polarity? LEDs are polarity specific. Same manufacturer could be different from light to light.

It occurs to me that when you say "diode" you mean the technology, not the lighting company

 

Well f*ck me. Turned the plug around and presto, I have lights.
