2004 SR5 TRD 4x4 V6 MT -Bad Frame-

Located in Morris County NJ. 230K miles. In the 10 years I've owned it, I have done a lot of regular and preventative maintenance. LBJs, tie-rods, various bushings, every fluid replaced, and so on. Plus expected regular maintenance. The truck's issues are major, but has otherwise been taken pretty good care of. Let's get into some details.

The Bad:

• Frame is in bad shape. Will need to be repaired or replaced. See pictures.
• A/C does not work. Compressor and condenser were replaced in 2021, but compressor failed ~1 year later. Currently out of refrigerant, but when filled it seizes immediately and burns the belt
• 4 Wheel Drive does not work. The actuator on the transmission actuates and the front drive shaft engages. But the front wheels get no power. Suggests the ADD actuator. I have an extra one that will come with the truck.
• Rear Locker does not work. Haven't a clue. Never diagnosed it.
• P0453 code. I assume it's either the Vapor Switching Valve atop the fuel tank or perhaps the charcoal canister. Side note: the CEL bulb is dead.
• Parking brake does not work.

The Good:

• The truck runs and drives without issue. Engines sounds great.
• Body has no major damage. Interior is in great shape.
• Complete service records going back to the purchase of the vehicle.
• New clutch/pressure plate/flywheel as of 7/2023.
• New battery 4/2025

• CB radio and related parts. Radio works, but antenna cable got severed, so will need a new one to be useful.
• Redline Hood Struts
• Previous Owner installed the Pioneer head unit and some (I think) Pioneer speakers. The head unit's dial is nearly nonfunctional and the remote seems to no longer work, so the unit may need to be replaced, as you can't do much without already having a device paired.
• Toolbox
• Grey Wire Mod

The truck comes with various parts and such I have lying around, which include the following:

• 5x(five)
  $55 90915-YZZD3 Oil Filter 1 Case (QTY 10)
  90915-YZZD3 oil filters and crush washers.
• National Bearing front wheel bearings and seals.
• Used ADD actuator.
• Extra license plate light. They are garbage, and will die in a year or less.
• Auto Rust SafeT Cap for passenger side spring hanger section. Driver side has already been installed.
• All 4 original fender flares.
