    1997 White Tacoma 2WD 5-speed manual
    Introducing myself to the forum! Got a 97 2wd 5 speed manual Tacoma that I absolutely adore.

    It's in pretty good condition all things considered (104k miles), but there are a few projects which could improve it further:

    * front and rear bumper are beat up from prior owner
    * exhaust system is a bit rusty
    * minor belt-chirping on cold start

    Happy to see this forum is alive and a wealth of Tacoma information - feels very old internet in just the right way.

    Bonus: one project which I have completed is replacing the broken aftermarket radio a previous owner had installed with something appropriately retro that still has bluetooth. Pics attached :)
