I talked to Master Tailgater and they offered to sell me just their camera, mount and wiring for $60 (you can ask in chat on their website). I installed it this weekend, and it was a perfect fit (Instruction video shared by @Scrapla was very helpful). Here's a shot from my head unit - the dotted line is around 2 feet distance. I'm pleased with the results for a total of $160 along with the Pop & Lock PL5400. I got a lock and camera in the same handle.

Awesome! I was curious if my camera eventually goes out can I just replace the camera? Thanks
