Is the intake elbow good? They tend to crack underneath from the exhaust heat where you can't see.

Since you're throwing parts at it, try a new coolant temp sensor

That's the first sensor the computer looks at for fuel calculation on startup. When they go bad it will think the engine is super cold, like negative 40 degs. The system will flood the engine with too much fuel similar to an old carburetor getting flooded

Maybe there's something wrong with the wiring going to that sensor.
The code can set if there's a problem anywhere in the circuit, not just the sensor

Is the connector ok? Does the lock tab work? Are the pins bent or damaged?

Got fuel trim data for it? Maybe MAF or vacuum leak has FT out of control?

The tab is still there and didn’t find anything wrong with the wiring

You said you replaced fuel regulator but is your fuel pump giving you good fuel pressure?

I’ve heard of people finding their exhaust plugged up and having issues from the cat busting up and the pieces clogging the free flow of exhaust.

Plugged cat wont really cause a hard start. Very little airflow going through the engine at idle anyway.
That would show up later when trying to accelerate or go up hills

When it does run have you checked vacuum with a gauge at idle? Curious if the camshaft timing is a tooth or two off. That could cause and extended crank

Incorrect camshaft timing could be picked up by a low vacuum reading. But just pulling the upper cover and checking might be more definitive

Maybe I did not see you post it, but if you put a code reader on it, can you pull anything? If you are having that many issues, it has to be throwing something.

It all started with codes misfire in 4 and 6 coolant temp sensor and knock sensor And now it is currently not throwing any coats

Have you done a leak down test on 4 & 6? Maybe test for exhaust gasses in your radiator (block tester)? Did you replace the parts you list with Toyota parts, Auto store parts or Amazon/TEMU parts?

Are you sure you have the TB timed correctly?

Remains to be seen I bought the tires and wheels the rest came along
Remember all your throttle does is control the air flow !

Myself I would unplug something to make sure your code reader is connecting and able to read codes.

You entered so many new variables into the System.
This is now a step by step circuit by circuit trouble shooting.
    Best of Luck !!
