Ok, this is driving me crazy so I am hoping someone else has ran into this. On my 2021 tacoma trd I added 5100s rear and front at 1.5 and deaver stage 1 rear leaf springs with new toyo 265/75 r16 at3. Clam shell bushing and carrier drop.
I am experiencing a slight hop as well as a oscillating hum similar to the needle bearing sound between 40 and 50 mph. The carry bearing 1/4 added to see if it would help. Can't really tell a difference. Swap my back tires with my son's older ko2s and was worse although it's not crazy bad just enough to be annoying at city speeds. Anyone ran into this? E rated tire but have ran E rated since day 1. Tire place just says it's e rated tires. Is this just normal? Sorry for title it happens between 40 and 50mph

Swap tires with your new fronts instead.

    Air pressure being used?

Also have had all tire road force balanced multiple times. Highest number is 15 on 1 tire.

Going to try the 6112 5160 shocks and see if that helps. Also getting some strange wear on the outside edge of the front tires.

Are they balancing the tires using road force?

Yes. Balance is good. Alignment looks good. Ride is pretty good except the slight hop at 40 to 50. Thinking the combo of stiff shocks. E rated tires and the heavier springs. Along with the 5100s set at 1.5 in the front and 1.5 to 2" in back lift. This is not a bad hop. Most would likely ignore it. I'm just obsessed.
