Took Yoda camping at a local lake where family friends meet every Labor Day weekend. Squatted a little bit but hauled the camper nooooooo problem. That camper has a fair bit of tongue wt., so I may be looking for a leveling solution. Hit the bump stops a little too often on the back country roads it took to get there. Might need to beef up the rear springs and/or get a more heavy duty elastomer for my Anderson WDH. First though I'll be heading to the public scales to do some weighing and math...

Prior to our camping trip I pulled the trigger on a Westin Automotive EXP Topper that I got on sale at Recon Recovery. They even threw in a $330 set of cross bars. Took me a few hours with a mechanic friend to assemble the topper and a few more friends to help mount it on the bed as it weighs in at about 170 lbs. Really am happy with it so far. All aluminum w/insulated roof and panel doors, T-slot roof rails, heavy duty T-handles with locks, holds 700 lbs. static and 300 lbs. dynamic. Glass windows for and aft, interior lighting, and the rear glass door locks & unlocks with the truck. Looking forward to many adventures with this cap.

Thank you! I'll make sure to pass on the compliment! He originally wanted to go with a black rim, but i convinced him to go with bronze and he could not be any happier.
That Sequoia looks fantastic! Love that red!

Is it cat back or muffler back. I have the muffler back and find it is just a bit louder than stock .

Well I think I finally found the mud flaps that I am going to use. I installed the Rokblokz flaps the other day, very easy install and the hardware is much nicer than the Ark flaps that I had on. Big in size but you get manly flaps on a manly taco

Huh… your logo is upside down as well. I thought mine were a fluke or that I’d installed them incorrectly. I ended up taking them off and removing the logo with a utility knife and some sandpaper then reinstalled them.

I noticed that too on mine, didn't bother me so. Just makes folks use their POO and look harder. I really like these flaps.

After waiting over a month for my Greenlane sliders to arrive and watching their install video at least 5 times they finally came in. The install was a breeze and all hardware was present. I went 9.5 years with my 3rd gen Tacoma and never needed them since I don't go offroad, at least not on purpose. However, it is better to have them and not need them rather than need them and not have them. This is a philosophy that I have with other things in my life as well. If they would have been installed at the dealer then my youngest daughter never would have put the first small dent and scratch in my truck the first day of ownership when she opened her door and hit my truck. She wept about it but I reassured her that she was more important to me than a million new trucks. My wife was the one who actually initiated this purchase since she said that my new truck sat up higher than my old truck so she wanted something to step up on to get in this truck. I went with Greenlane since they are one of the few who make aluminum sliders and when I weighed them they were only 28 pounds each which is about half of what steel sliders weigh. They were great since they are in Canada and we were both concerned about tariffs going up on September 1st. They made then in just one week and shipped them out. Great company with a great product.

well when I installed them I looked at them and said that’s effen stupid. The logos are upside down.. so I watched their install video and it’s the same when they did it. So I didn’t screw up but I do like them

Not if you have a central-locking tailgate, which I thought all 4G models had...

Because my tailgate locks with the rest of the doors, I see no need for one on my OR.

Well, the tailgate does lock of course. But I am paranoid and absentminded so I put one on anyway. Took all of 2 minutes to get peace of mind for my absent mind.
