Curious, I saw a thread regarding chase light set up's. More and more, I'm following a rig that has rapidly blinking amber's on the trail. My question: do you think it's more or less safe to follow the blinking chase lights, or is it safer to follow constant's?

I see a lot of the Semi Trailers have these now. It gets attention, but I'm not too sure if it's legal in every State

Everyone runs chase lights out here in SoCal, they’re basically a necessity if going into the desert at night with a group. Flashing or steady is all personal preference

Blinking chase lights are more visible through dust clouds. Without chase lights, my group usually turns on the stock 4-way hazard lights when the gravel road gets dusty.

I have solid amber chase lights for offroading.
Here in Wisco you can only have blinking amber/yellow in the back, on road use.
