    So I was cleaning the basement ( Retired and moving south) and stumbled on one of my home brews from 2012 that was waaay in the back (of course

    ..... normally I would think this would be past it's prime BUT this was not a hefe or NEIPA or 60 schilling but an imperial stout with an estimated abv of 12-14%. Rich, malty and roasted. It's pretty thick like motor oil and probably a bit darker... ;)

    One pic I held it up to the sun and completely opaque.

    Gonna enjoy this one.
