    Every time I make burnt ends, I make tofu burnt ends for my wife. They turn out really good but I'm also a fan of tofu in general.

    I don't like ToFu at all. It's a texture thing for me, I've tried different ones but never found any I'm OK with.

    No i haven't, I like Chickpeas, red lentils not so much. If the texture more firm and not that gross sponge I might be OK.

    Same. I got a new Chargrill AKORN Kamodo Smoker (all steel not ceramic) and after a few weekends of dialing it in, I did the Pastor recipe above. It was amazing. Looked better than her pics because my ham was about 2 or 3 pounds bigger than hers was and I layered some pineapple through out for the smoke. But yeah - it was labor day weekend and we had a bunch of people at the house for an engagement party and despite having probably 10 cameras around, I forgot to take pictures.
