Hey fellow procharger installed 3rd gen’s,

I’ve had a couple hiccups with my procharger setup which led to rerouting things multiple times to try and keep anything from contacting the body.

for those of you with a procharger setup, do you notice more noise resonance or vibration in the cab at a stop but in gear? I’m finding that I have a noticeable shake when doing that along with noise that sounds like it’s resonating off the body somewhere.
    Thanks! IMG_4742.jpg

I also had to correct some fitment issues. The IC pipes contacted the body at the headlight passthroughs. The 45 degree silicone intake coupler was contacting the hood.

No vibration. I purchased better rubber trim guard than what was provided for headlight passthroughs. I trimmed 1/2" off the top of the rotomold SC inlet for hood clearance.

How long is your roto molded piece now with it cut? I cut mine as well and used a heat gun to get more clearance from the radiator but still seem to have some contact with the hood

Heat gun was a good idea. Looks like you got your rotomold sitting lower than mine. Clocking the coupler also helped. I rotated and leaned the 45 silicone coupler so it's against the SC housing. The airbox pipe needs to almost touch the throttle body. I'll get some more pictures.
