Howard Stern Fans?

All that promotion and nothing? Not even an explanation to fans? Read it's due to contract negotiations and possibly his mom being sick. SiriusXM doesn't have anything to give him..

 

I saw that update but wasn’t sure if it was a discussion delay or LIVE delay. Guess another week of other programming for me. typical new Howard antics.

 

Weird they been saying for a few weeks that he be back today. Bummer.

 

The amount of news being generated about howard not having a show this week is insane. Well at least the number of articles my phone is trying to send me.

 

It’s been crazy the last 3 weeks at least. More press than he has had in years.

 

Makes me wonder if this was all on purpose to generate hype for the show. Trying to boost listeners. I'll be curious to see what is actually said on tomorrow.

 

I’m in the camp of yes. It’s so not the Howard style but since his agent passed, all rules have changed. He seems to be following a different leader.

Wasn't clear about contract really but everything in media was bull**** and he was legit sick last week.

Makes sense taking last week off. I forgot he would take off it he was sick.
Contract wise I don't think we will hear anything until December, but the odds of him signing for longer sounds higher than what I'd thought 3 months ago.

 

Right. I almost wonder if he'll go to a 1 or 2 day a week schedule. Sounds like they'll take whatever he's willing to do, no matter what it is.

 

He'd probably still do 3 days a week. Howard complains a 1 show/ week is just as bad a 3 show/ week. I'd just assume less shows per year. You'd think more content from the staff would be the result while he scales back. That's probably a bad idea.
