Grilling - All Forms are Welcome!

I keep mine on pretty much year round except for winter. Only reason being is I have one of those two burner heater things I use for the garage. Otherwise it stays on the grill. If the tank rust, well it's an exchange unit.

It was more about the sheer heat of being outside that's all.

We did get a high of 104 outside which to me is scorched fucking earth, but it can remain in the 90s all Summer (finally 81 today)

It'll be covered when not being used, and lives under a gazebo so no direct sunlight



Just need to get a mat under the grill, and a tank and that's it

 

grilled up part of a skirt steak today for lunch, No grill shots but here it is resting while I cook the veggies




Sliced up a white onion, and half of Red, Yellow, and Green Bell Pepper, and let them cook while the meat rested.




Sliced up the skirt steak into bite size pieces and laid them on top of the bed of onions an peppers..

 

Same. No grill shot. Pork loin tonight with green beans and rice a roni
