I highly recommend, next time you have some time to sit back, relax, and watch something... find something else.

    Duly noted

I did watch this a few months ago. I remembered it from when I was a kid. That and Top Gun made me want bikes.

Really hoping I didn't bite off more than I can chew for tomorrow. Longest trip so far was about 140 miles round trip, and a little over 3 hours. This is well over double that. Will be 3 bikes including myself. And as mentioned before, this will be first ride with anyone other than my wife. One is friend from work (GS 1200 or Versys 650), the other is his brother (R nineT). We will see how my CB500X treats me. I'm super excited. Other than the getting up early enough to leave by 7:30am. Will also be my first time on the freeway, lol. Luckily just to get to Tacoma, and back from Olympia.

Maybe it's just me, but I've never had issues with the smart TVs themselves. any lag was from internet connectivity issues. never had an app not work but I stick to the main ones anyways. I also don't use cable.

I do remember though when my dad would have to go out and adjust our dish. Or when I would be adjusting the antennae of our old tube tv's lol

I haven't had cable in over a decade. I use to run a jailbroken fire stick and could watch EVERYTHING. Once they knicked that, I went with Amazon, Hulu, and Netflix.

Unrelated to anything else, anyone used permatex loctite orange? I just bought a gel tube of it, should be here tomorrow. It's supposed to be good for vibration and slot somewhere between blue and red. Stronger hold than blue, but don't need to torch it off like red. Fingers crossed it'll help with some of the fasteners on the 701 loosening over time with the vibes that thing kicks off. The gel is nice, too, but I'm sad it doesn't come in glue-stick form like red, blue, and anti seize do now. Those sticks are awesome.

No experience. I do like the gels, have never used the sticks though. Why do you like them?

No experience with the orange. I have found the blue to be good enough except for things that require red.

Looks like a fun trip. I am very familiar with that area, spent a lot of time at the Tahuya off road park. I have always liked the look of the R nineT, but not sure about the boxer engine, the heads sticking so far out of the frame is worrisome.

Because it doesn't drip all over my hands haha but its really easy to just rub a bit of the thread on the top of the stick and stick it in. Plus you can do a lot at once without dripping everywhere. Really useful for like, rotor bolts and the like where you have more than 1 to put in at once. Or with a stick of antiseize on case bolts when you have 10 or 15 of them you're sticking in.

Yes I know that lmao I've actually had both believe it or not! My grandparents use to have a massive satellite dish as well
Gotta be your Internet then man? Because I've never had a laggy smart TV unless the Internet was having issues.

I unfortunately DO have cable, but only because my roommate loves to watch sports. I don't use it myself. But it's bundled with the internet so

Currently subsisting off Amazon, Netflix, and Hulu/Disney/HBO. been debating getting rid of Netflix though.
