If you are looking for a way to make your existing covers lock-able: https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/bed-storage-locks-full-diy-write-up.100361/

If you just need the OEM covers themselves which are non-locking, probably easiest/cheapest to check local junkyards or car-part.com for replacements.
