Front Shock Torque Question

    JVC Nav. System and entire Memphis Audio Speakers/Amps
    Looking at thread with torque values for front shock and question value for the top center nut. It states 20 ft/lb for this nut, is this correct?
    Seems low for the one and only nut holding the coil in place.
