    hello folks, this is my first time i have joined any forums groups so bear with me. i have an 06 tacoma double cab. recently when i start my truck in and drive, at about 1000 or 1500 rpm and going approx 35 45 mph, my engine makes this low growling noise. once the engine is warmed up, the sound goes away. any ideas

    I'm sorry to hear about that low growling noise... I don't know what would cause that... If someone doesn't respond to this thread about it you might try posting a similar question in the technical chat forum...
