Gatorade before or after. Get outside and run no matter how shitty you feel. If all else fail, drink more alcohol. That's my hangover buster.

Let's have a little Pork Roll history.

Invented by John Taylor in like the 30's or something in Trenton,NJ (which is why PA knows it, otherwise VERY hard to come by)

It's the second best breakfast meat known to man, bacon being #1.Grill Crispy.MMM

It's a smoked, SALTED, SALTED, spiced pork product commonly mistaken as Bologna by naysayers. (Sodium Nitrate listed twice on contents list, scary but delicious).

There are off label brands that are not as Quality as The Original John Taylor Burlap Sac. The Square Red box of pre sliced PORK ROLL are good too. But there are some imposters.

a pork roll, egg, hashbrown, and cheese with a glass of milk will usually do the trick. all after
    T he
    H angover
    C ure
of course! Can't believe no one else mentioned it!

Put on a sauna suit and run till you feel like you're going to puke, then puke and continue to run. Don't stop running till the legs of the suit are at least mid calf full of sweat. You'll feel like a million bucks after you take a shower and down a couple glasses of water.

    None yet.
Generally speaking, hangovers are the result of two things. 1) Dehydration and 2) Depletion of B-Complex vitamins by the processing of alcohol by the liver. Anything that repletes these will generally work as a 'cure' for hangovers. That's why pedialyte, gatorade, or water and b-complex vitamins are generally considered good 'cures'. Yeast is also rich in these sorts of vitamins, so unfiltered beer is generally considered less hangover inducing than filtered beer. Some beers (e.g. Budweiser) are higher in headache producing compounds (e.g. acetaldehyde) than others.

the best cure, and it works everytime, after you are done drinking
have something to eat and stay up until you don't feel drunk anymore.

go to bed and you wake up good as new
