Removed the Mud Flaps, Rock Deflectors and Head Rest. Limo Tint, I had 3" Toytec Lift, Procomp Nitrogen ES6000 shocks and Struts. AllPro UCA, AFE Pro Dry drop in filter, WeatherTecs. Now I have LR UCA's, Maxtrac Spindles, Eibach's, 5100's up front, Expos, 5160 for the rear, U Bolt Flip Kit, and Extended Brake lines.
Done! It was a breeze. Only thing I recommend is using the ball joint pulley. Other wise thank you for the write up.

You would only need one, but for a full size rig....unless you want a stubby arm :p

Does anyone have any squeaking issues with the Total Chaos UCAs ? I have one side the squeaks and I dont know where it is coming from. I just greased the fittings and sprayed the ball with teflon lube so hoping that fixes it. Just wondering if it is common ? Thanks

I've had mine on for ~2 years no squeaks. They are really dirty too. Only have lubed them twice.

X2. Almost 4 years now on mine, and no noise. Most squeaks originate from not lubbing the bushings before installing them.

I had a quick question about grease..the instructions for the TC say to use teflon based grease, but will lithium based grease work just fine? or should i search for the teflon stuff? I just ordered my set of tc ucas and I want to make sure I install them correctly and maintain them right from the beginning. Thanks guys

okay cool, cuz i was just curious reading the total chaos instructions and they said use teflon grease for the bushings and such, but its okay to use just some synthetic stuff. ill pick up some of that teflon lube for the ball joint tho. Thanks a lot for the help, much appreciated!
